GUIDELINES C & C’s Unique Boutique Fall Festival (1st day of Fall) - INAUGURAL INDIE SHOW September 22, 2012 - Westside Community Center 9:00am-4:00pm These crafts shows are to help support LOCAL artists/handcrafters. • You can set up your booth Saturday at 7:30 a.m. Set-up must be completed by 9:00 a.m. The doors will open at 9:00 a.m. sharp, so it is very important that everyone has completed setting up by then. If you haven’t arrived by 8:30am then your space will go to a vendor who is on the waiting list. • Tables must be covered in a tablecloth. • If you need electricity, you must provide your own masking tape and extension cord. A 50 ft. cord is suggested. You may want to bring your own power bar. Please tape cords down on the floor with blue painter's tape, or masking tape. NO DUCT TAPE IS ALLOWED. (electricity is available but it is limited, this will be on a first come first serve basis & you must notate this on your application and no extra charge) • No hanging product on the walls! • Please use the loading facilities quickly and courteously. No parking is allowed up front unless you are unloading, please be courteous to other vendors. • PLEASE park in the parking lot the furthest away from the building, this will provide more convenient parking for those attending the Craft Fair. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter. • Take-down time can start at 3:30pm we must be out by 5:00pm. Please do not take down before 3:30pm. • We reserve the right to not ask someone back for future shows for discourteous behavior towards workers and or other vendors. • You are responsible for collecting sales tax and remitting it to the Nebraska Department of Revenue for your business. We will not have tax forms available and we will not collect sales tax for you. You will need a tax ID number from the State of NE. (if you do not have one it only takes 2 weeks to get) Remember you are responsible for your own business. • Charming & Classy will not be held responsible for theft, damage or loss of property. Please watch your booth carefully. • We will be having a giveaway; I would like each accepted vendor to please provide me with an item or items you have created with a minimum value of $15 to place in the giveaway. Please get this to me (drop off or I can meet you somewhere) by September 7th & please put a business card with it so that when I make up these gift baskets to giveaway they will have your name & contact information so if they want to order something additional from you they will have it.  This will help get your name out there as an artist/handcrafter, people will be able to choose which gift basket they’d like to try and win. • WEATHER: Unfortunately we do not feel we can cancel the show, as we are not able to reschedule. So, no matter what the weather, the show must go on! Please submit your applications by August 11th, and to be presented in all marketing campaigns. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations after August 11th. Your cancelled check is your receipt and you will receive an acknowledgement of acceptance to be part of the Boutique.
